  • 100 Gram Feta cheese
  • 12 cl Milk Condensed Unsweetened
  • 180 Gram Flour
  • 3 Un Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 80 Gram Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 200 Gram Baby Spinach

Directions

  • Preheat oven 180°C
  • In a hot frying pan cook the baby spinach. do not add any oil or water, just saute for few minutes.
  • Cut feta into cubes add to the spinach and allow to cool.
  • Mix flour and baking powder.
  • Beat the eggs, oil, milk, salt, and pepper
  • Add flour and mix until all ingredients are combined.
  • Add cold spinach, feta, and shredded cheddar to the mix.
  • pour into a cake pan lined up with parchment paper.
  • Bake for  ~50min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool and serve.

Notes

Perfect for an early evening snack with friends and a glass of wine.
